Description

The QB2 Kit is the fastest and easiest way to mount solar panels to a variety of roofs. Sealant is optional, and the kit provides excellent leak-proof protection with water test results showing no leakage under ASTM E331 @ 15.00 psf, ASTM E331 (modified) @ 30.00 PSF for 120 minutes, and ASTM E2140 (modified) with a 6″ water column for 7 days. The dual drive system allows the use of either a standard 1/2″ hex or a 6MM hex insert bit. To properly compress the MicroFlashing® with the QB2, a minimum torque of 150 Lbs/Inch is required. The 10MM x 46MM rail slot accepts 5/16″ or 3/8″ bolts, making it compatible with rail and most railless systems, including Snap N Rack, Unirac, IronRidge, and Eco Fasten.
